These Terms govern your use of TopSignal — the platform for domain expert interviews, Domain Signal, and matching between candidates and companies.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the service.
Candidates
You may upload a resume, take domain expert interviews, and build a Domain Signal. Interview content may be reviewed to score depth and integrity. Do not misrepresent your experience or specialty. Domain Signal is a TopSignal assessment aid — not a guarantee of employment.
Companies
You may share hiring requirements and receive matched domain experts. Use TopSignal for legitimate hiring only. Do not misuse candidate data obtained through the product.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service; do not attempt to bypass interview integrity controls; and do not use TopSignal for unlawful purposes.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, particular hiring outcomes, or that automated matching will fit every role.
