TopSignal ("we", "us") helps candidates prove domain expertise and helps companies hire on Domain Signal. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website and product.
Information we collect
Account details (name, email, base country), profile and resume content you upload, domain expert interview recordings and transcripts, application activity, and usage data needed to operate matching and notifications you opt into.
How we use information
To create and secure your account, run domain expert interviews, score Domain Signal, match candidates to company requirements, send notices you request (such as interview results or hiring interest), and improve the product.
Interview recordings
Screen and face video from domain interviews are used for human review of interview integrity and then deleted after review (or after an expiry window if not reviewed). Transcripts may be retained to support scoring and disputes.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Companies receive candidate details only through TopSignal's hiring process — not as an open directory. We may use processors (hosting, email, storage) under agreements that protect your data.
Your choices
You can update profile information in-product, opt out of optional notifications in settings, and request account deletion by emailing us.
